The company has gathered technical talents from Japan, South Korea, Mainland China and Taiwan to provide technical support for the production of silicon wafers.


2. Knowledge Structure

At present, 84% of management team of Zhongxin wafer company have a bachelor degree or above, and there are more than 28 personnel with a postgraduate degree or above, including 3 doctors. In the membership structure, 21 employees have 5-10 years of work experience ( Including 5 years), there are 24 employees with 10-15 years of work experience (including 10 years), and 16 employees with 15 years and above.


3. Age Structure

Nearly 72% of Zhongxin Wafer Company is under 35 years old, with an average age of about 34 years old. It is a young, stable and energetic team.
